Montivre Return and Refund Policy (Canada)
At Montivre, customer satisfaction comes first. If an order doesn’t work out, we’re here to help with a clear and simple returns process tailored for customers in Canada.

Returns

• Return window: All items (including loafers) may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags/labels attached and original packaging included.

• Inspection: Returned items are inspected upon receipt. If an item shows wear, damage, or missing components not attributable to Montivre, the return may be refused.

• Proof of shipment: Please return items with a track‑and‑trace number. Returns without tracking are at the sender’s risk; refunds cannot be issued for lost, untracked parcels.

How to Start a Return

• Contact us: Email contact@montivre.com to request a return authorization and label.

• Pack and ship: Repack the item securely, include any accessories and documentation, and ship using the provided label.

• Processing & refund timing: Once the return is delivered to our facility and passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days. Depending on the payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on the statement.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us at contact@montivre.com. If the item is in stock, we can facilitate a quick exchange, or process a return and place a new order.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. After that, orders begin processing and cannot be cancelled. Email contact@montivre.com immediately for assistance.

Wrong Item or Size Received
If the incorrect item or size arrives, contact us right away. We’ll provide a prepaid label and ship the correct item at no extra cost.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is lost in transit or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, we’ll ship a replacement. Orders not received within 30 days of shipment are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to returns of non‑defective items to cover processing and restocking costs.

Important Notes for Canadian Customers

• Currency: All prices and refunds are processed in CAD unless otherwise stated at checkout.

• Taxes: Applicable sales taxes (e.g., GST/HST/QST/PST) collected on the original order will be refunded on approved returns, in accordance with Canadian tax rules.

• Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

• Consumer rights: This policy is intended to comply with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that may apply based on the province or territory of residence.
